FAQs - What is the Firewall Domain Whitelist?

What's a whitelist?

A whitelist (allowlist) is a cybersecurity strategy that approves a list of email addresses, IP addresses, domain names or applications, while denying all others.

These domains along with their corresponding ports should be white listed on the customers outgoing firewall rules:

Central US

·  realtime-us.switchautomation.com port 443

·  realtime-us.switchautomation.com port 8883

Australia East

·  realtime-au.switchautomation.com port 443

·  realtime-au.switchautomation.com port 8883
